It’s getting to be that time of year when colds, flu, and bronchitis abounds. Seems like one round finishes up and another round starts up.
Are you or a loved one having trouble breathing?
Having a cold or flu and being stuffed up is not fun. Instead of taking decongestants try aromatherapy to help clear your airways.
Essential oils help alleviate breathing problems by opening the respiratory airways, clearing congestion, strengthening the immune system, draining sinuses, reducing inflammation, fighting unwanted pathogens, purifying the air and much more.
Cold air diffusers are the best way to preserve all the beneficial properties of your essential oils. If you use anything with heat, you risk destroying the essential oils, thus not getting any of the therapeutic healing properties of the oils. A cold air diffuser allows all the beneficial properties of the essential oils to be used for health benefits. Diffusers neutralize airborne pathogens and enhance your immunity.
Since water is used in a diffuser, I would recommend placing a towel under the diffuser to protect your furniture. You can put the diffuser in your child’s room or a family room to assist healing.
It’s recommended to use the diffuser for 30-45 minutes then turn it off. Restart the diffuser 1 hour later. This way your body gets the maximum benefits of the healing essential oils.
