Easy to Make Gluten-Free Granola Spice Bars

Ingredients
  • 3 cups certified gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup brown rice flour
  • 1 cup purified water
  • ¾ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon allspice
  • 3 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ tablespoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a mixer or large bowl.
  3. Stir until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. Place a 12-count petite silicone mold on a cookie sheet.
  5. Scoop 3 tablespoons of batter into each mold. I use a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop.
  6. Flatten batter with your fingers so it cooks evenly and looks like a bar.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  8. Let the bars rest for 5-10 minutes before taking them out of the silicone mold.
  9. Cool on a baking rack.
