Are you on a Paleo, Keto, or gluten-free diet? Do you need to cut down your carbs and increase your vegetables? I’ve got the solution for you! Have a Paleo sandwich wrap!
Imagine going to your local Farmer’s Market and tasting a fresh piece of sourdough bread. The flavors dance in your mouth, and you feel so happy! Oh, and you even get to taste the chocolate sourdough bread with chocolate chips!
Well, that’s how I react when I eat Columbia River sourdough bread from my local produce store and Farmer’s Market. It’s real sourdough like your grandma used to make, and it’s reduced gluten! My family loves this bread!
Now that we’ve established I love this bread imagine how I felt when I realized I needed to stop eating all gluten, not just reduced gluten.
I transitioned to just eating meat and veggies, but it wasn’t sustainable. And wrapping food in plain lettuce gets old fast!
I would find myself tempted all the time to eat the sourdough bread that was on the countertop for my kids. I needed to find a bread alternative because veggies weren’t cutting it any longer! I needed something that at least made me think I was eating bread.
I was shopping on Thrive Market one day and stumbled across their selection of Paleo sandwich wraps.
It was like going to sandwich wrap haven!
There were sweet wraps. Plain wraps. Coconut wraps. Spicy wraps. Kale wraps. Spinach wraps. The choices felt endless!
Can you guess what I did next?
I bought them all!
Amazon also has a nice selection of wraps.
The Paleo sandwich wraps are now my bread replacement, and how I get by with never eating a morsel of bread.
Here are some examples of how you can make a Paleo sandwich wrap for each meal of the day.
Paleo Sandwich Wrap for Breakfast
A breakfast sandwich with a sausage patty, Daiya spread, and broccoli sprouts in a third of a sweet wrap.
Paleo Sandwich Wrap for Lunch
A sandwich wrap with your choice of meat and pile on whatever veggies you have.
In this wrap, I use homemade mayo, meat, sweet potato, avocado, cherry tomatoes, Daiya cheese, and spinach wrapped up in a kale wrap.
Pair it with Cassava chips for a well balanced and filling lunch.
Whatever your situation may be, it’s a convenient lunch to pack for the office or school. Or a quick lunch for working at home or between homeschooling.
Paleo Sandwich Wrap for Dinner
A sandwich wrap with a chicken patty, homemade mayo, lettuce, tomato and avocado inside half of a spicy wrap with a side of cucumber.
It’s full of vegetables and better than the chicken sandwiches at the fast food restaurants.
Now can you see how you can eat a delicious Paleo sandwich wrap for each meal of the day without eating a morsel of bread! It’s an easy meal to prepare with your choice of meat and pile high your favorite vegetables.

Great ideas, Stephanie! I’m so glad you found a good alternative to bread. I think I need to consider doing this, too. I know I feel better when I don’t give in to my bread cravings. <3
