Paleo Strawberry Sorbet is a real treat in my house and it’s so refreshing to eat on a hot day. Most of my family has a dairy intolerance so we don’t buy ice cream, but we miss it. One day, I made up this recipe on a whim when I really wanted a quick cold dessert with ingredients I had on hand.
Keep in mind that this recipe tastes best fresh and eaten right away. I have tried freezing leftovers before and had to let it thaw out for a half an hour to be able to eat it. Also, this recipe serves two, so the recipe can be doubled or tripled for the serving sizes you want.

Frozen strawberries
Canned coconut milk – I have tried several brands of canned coconut milk. Lately, I’ve been buying Native Forest No Guar Unsweetened Organic Coconut Milk and Natural Directions Organic Coconut Milk. I usually buy what’s on sale.
Sweetleaf liquid stevia – This is my favorite brand of stevia. The taste is less bitter and my preference is the liquid drops.
Paleo Strawberry Sorbet is a great treat and it’s so quick and easy to make. The recipe can be printed out or you can save paper by sharing on Facebook or pinning on Pinterest plus the benefit that it will be shared with others. 🙂
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family has!
- 2 cups strawberries, frozen
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk, canned
- 8 drops Sweetleaf liquid stevia
- Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender. I use a Vitamix.
- Blend on high for 2 minutes while using the plunger to mix all the ingredients evenly.
- Enjoy!

I am totally going to try this! I think I actually have everything on hand already… Thanks for sharing this simple, and scrumptious-looking, recipe! My husband will appreciate having something cold, sweet, and dairy-free to eat on short notice during the summer.
I’m so excited to hear that, Tanya! Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
Yum! This looks great Stephanie. Any ideas for changing up the milk? Unfortunately I’m off coconut right now… thinking about trying it with Ripple or almond milk.
Thanks, Liz! I just found out my husband and daughter don’t do well with coconut so I will be using other milk varieties more often too. In the past, I’ve had success using any milk varieties in my recipes. Lately, my husband and daughter have been happy using macadamia milk as a replacement!
